I have worked with many real estate professionals over the years; Ana P. Guerra rises straight to the top-she's the best I've worked with. As a buyer, my search was somewhat out of her usual geographic scope, but she was willing to take the assignment and drilled down into my local market like a laser and had that market firmly in hand in short order. Her tech tools and use of technology are impressive; I especially enjoyed sitting in what I called the 'command center', a boardroom in her very comfortable office with huge screen displaying every piece of real estate available in your search area (based on all of your specs) in real time. Far more comprehensive than anything you could conjure on the internet. Apart from and more important than top technical ability are the characteristics that are the hallmark of a great real estate professional, which Ana possesses in abundance. She is very personable and easy to communicate with; very detail oriented in her approach; displays in-depth knowledge of the market on both the financial and geographic sides; has a great sense of timing in terms of taking or suggestion action; and is flexible in her thinking. Ana is also very patient (like when I changed the basic specs of the search several times, essentially starting over each time-yikes!). Ana's responsiveness and follow through were always fast and efficient. Any issues (or potential issues) were effectively addressed. In the end, after what turned out to be a challenging search, Ana found for me the perfect house, and negotiated a deal that I was very happy with. I would certainly use Ana again for my future real estate needs, and would wholeheartedly recommend her as a top-notch real estate professional.
